Refunds

A verified payment that cannot be applied because a higher bid is already active is marked needs refund. Contact support with the receipt id.

Refunds follow the payment provider's process. Who's Topper does not store card numbers.

A completed rank is not reversed only because the listing later receives fewer clicks. A provider refund event removes the placement that the refunded order created.

Sandbox and mock payments are not real charges and cannot be refunded by a bank.
